Beverly Hills Single Family Statistics that Sold in October 2013! As most of you know, I rarely do market snapshots, only when someone asks. Interestingly enough I was asked being a Beverly Hills Realtor, hence my clients have been reading some of the headlines and wanted the “Truth” so they called me. Needless to say I felt this deserved a Blog PostJ! The concern was that there is a pause in the sales in Beverly Hills. Specifically in the Single Family Market is what they were interested in. Wildlife in Century City on Avenue of the Stars: Still here! Hope they will become permanent! As some of you know, I have written a Blog Post about the Wildlife on Avenue of the Stars in Century City, CA in case you missed it here is a link (http://actvra.in/42Qd ) the word on the street was that they will take the Sculptures down at the end of October 2013. Well I am thrilled to report, that as of November 1st, 2013 the Sculptures were still there! Hope the decision makers had a change of heart. The Wildlife is good for the locals as well as the visitors. Often as I drive by the area I make it my business to turn on to Avenue of The Stars to admire the Sculptures as I do I always see tourists with cameras in hand doing what I did a few months ago. Just a quick reminder: Time to Fall BackJ Daylight Savings Time Ends tonight! Officially Daylight Savings Time ends November 3rd, 2013; most of us mere mortals do not wait until 2:00 am to set our clocks back one hour. We do it before we go to bed. Yes, it is Saturday night and No we are not staying up until 2:00amJ. Keep in mind everyone let’s you know that you are gaining one extra hour of sleep or whatever. Let’s be honest, you are just given back what was taken from you six months ago. One hour of your time. As you can tell I am not a big fan of this ritual, giving and taking one hour away from me all it does is throws my biological rhythm out of whack and it takes me about a couple days to get on track. I would love to hear from someone who sees the benefits of this ritual and share it here on my Blog PostJ Needless to say the International Firemen’s Association seizes the opportunity to remind us to change or check our batteries on Smoke Detectors, Carbon Monoxide Detectors and I could go on and on…. Keep in mind it is good advice which could save you, your family’s life and most of your treasured valuables. I on the other hand would suggest you can do that without the Daylight Savings RitualJ. So if you are wondering when we will do this Ritual Again? It will be March 09th, 2014. So until then enjoy the hour you just regained!!
