I went into the Community Laundry  in my complex of about a thousand residents on the Cork Board I find a Person who has a homemade business card well not a regular one:

First Name Last name

Real Estate Specialist

Travel Notary Public Commission Number: xxxxx

Telephone # Fax # and yahoo e-mail address

And a picture of her…..

No Broker Affiliation, No Department of Real Estate License Number

I have been fuming now for three days….California requires that you put your DRE # on your business card.  So I checked her name, she is not licensed, not affiliated and she is not a Broker….

What would you do???
