Westwood /Century City: How is the Luxury Real Estate Market?

As most of you who read my Blog on a consistent basis have heard me mention that in Los Angeles there are many micro real estate markets. I have been breaking them down into various pockets. The West Wood Century City Market I usually break it into two groups the Condominium Market and the Single Family Residences and even there I find it could be further broken down into the various zip codes. Today I will just address the Westwood/Century City Single Family Homes.

This is such a desirable market, since it is close to everything on the West Side of Los Angeles. Most homes are about six to nine miles from the ocean and two to six miles to Beverly Hills. Now with such detailed back ground let us look at the Real Estate Activity.

Westwood Luxury Homes Endre barath

Currently there are thirty (30) homes available to purchase. Of these homes $4,895,000.00 is the most expensive one available and the least expensive one you can have for $795,000.00.

There are eight (8) homes which are accepting back up offers and one is on Hold Status.

There are twenty six homes (26) in Pending Status just waiting to close. Needless to say the most important number is the Sold Status.

So year to date Eighty one (81) homes have sold and of that Fifteen (15) sold this month and we still have another week to go.
