I have noticed there are more and more Welcome Signs by different communities. This one happens to be Westchester. Lately it has been picked up as one of the Trendier Neighborhoods.

There are eight distinct sections of Westchester:

4. Emerson Manor

5. Westport Heights

6. Marlow Burns Tract

7. Osage

8.. Manchester Square
