Three easy steps to make Chocolate Covered Strawberries!

The first step is always the hardest to find good sweet strawberries. Usually in California that is easy there are Trucks on the side of the Road and they sell the sweetest strawberries you can imagine.

The second step is to separate them into smaller quantities. How hard is that? Please buy enough so you have some left because you might eat the product you are trying to make.

Then the third step is quite easy, buying some dark chocolate from Ghirardelli the ones that most people use for Chocolate Chipped cookies.

 Take about a cup full give or take and depending on your microwave zapped them two or three times for 30 seconds. Stir the melted chocolate and either dip them in the concoction or just drizzle over the strawberries and you are done.
