Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices will be on line around the middle of 2013, basically The Prudential Real Estate and Real Living affiliate networks will be rolled into a new franchise brand: Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices.
Ron Peltier, the Chairman and CEO of the HomeServices stated how honored and proud he is to be entrusted with the use of the Berkshire Hathaway name as the new Real Estate Franchise Brand!
The new company will be based in Irvine, California the leadership of Earl Lee. Since most consumers start their search for a home on the Internet creating a single destination website under The Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices brand will be beneficial to all company owned and franchise owned brokerages.
I am personally thrilled to be associated with the Berkshire Hathaway name brand. I always had high respect for Warren Buffet, now to be able to market myself under this umbrella is truly an honor.
