In April 2010 I have written a blog post about the Montage Residences in Beverly Hills http://actvra.in/Mry there were about 19 units still available, so here I am in December 2012 writing another blog post about the Montage Residences in Beverly Hills, CA. There are only two Residences left for you to purchase. Many things have happened since my last blog post. The Montage went from being an in house listing organization to out sourcing it to one of the top five International Real Estate Brokerages.
Ironically the developer’s goal was to market the international community, such as Asia, Europe and the Middle East. Hence an aggressive marketing & research has resulted with a failure in seeing who their target market was.
The target market turned out was in the back yard. Upscale home owners in Beverly Hills, Brentwood and Malibu decided they did not want the head ache of home ownership but wanted 100% papering. They in turn ended up buying in the Montage. The other buyers were from the East Coast who wanted a foothold in Beverly Hills, CA. They did not want to buy a house, since they only spend limited time in the Greater Los Angeles. Hence they were the perfect buyers of the Montage Residences.
