Free Beach Shuttle in Marina Del Rey-Playa Vista-Venice Beach Pier

As most of you know it is hard to leave your car at home in the Greater Los Angeles area unless you live in the Marina Del Rey and Venice Beach Pier communities. The best part is Play Vista is included in this free benefit provided by the Los Angeles County Supervisor.

There are eight boarding location which connects the Water Taxi to the Beach Shuttle:

1.       Fisherman’s Village

2.       Burton Chace Park

3.       Waterfront Walk

4.       Marina “Mother’s Beach”

5.       Dolphin Marina

6.       Esprit I

7.       Harbor at Marina Bay   and

8.        Del Rey Landing

There are eleven Major Stops along the route of the Beach Shuttle:

·         Playa Vista (Pacific Promenade, Concert Park & Fountain Park)

·         Fisherman’s Village-towards Venice Beach Pier connecting to the Waterbus stop #1

·         Admiralty Way & Fiji Way (waterside Shopping Center)

·         Admiralty Way & Burke Park Waterbus Stop#3

·         Admiralty Way & Palawan Way Waterbus Stop #4

·         Via Marina & Panay Way Waterbus Stop #5

·         Washington Blvd & Pacific Ave ( Venice Beach Pier)

·         Washington Blvd & Via Marina ((restaurants & hotel)

·         Admiralty Way & Mindanao Way Waterbus stop#2 (MDR Visitor’s Center & Shops)

·         Fisherman’s Village-towards Playa Vista Waterbus Stop#1

·         Playa Vista ( Fountain Park & Pacific Promenade)

This is truly a great opportunity to avoid parking fees and the best part it is free to the public. Now even Bicycles are welcome. This Service is extended through September.
