Life in the Greater Los Angeles is truly awesome. The climate is second to none, compared to most climates around the world. I have lived here for almost 20 years and would not want to live anywhere else outside of a few exceptions.
I have often written about the challenges that entail making a move from one part of the world to another. Relocating from one part of the country to another has its own challenges. Then there are even more challenging relocations. That is relocating with family and pets make the task even more challenging. The second phase to consider is based on your lifestyle & budget where would you be most comfortable? Is it at or near the beach? Or do you prefer more the inner city feel? Or do you want a small or a larger living area? Do you need a back yard? I could go on and on. The best advice I can give you is: The better you plan the move, the more organized your move is the smoother the transition will be. Keep in mind this is coming not just from a Greater Los Angeles Relocation Specialist, but from a Realtor who has moved at least 26 or more times not only cross country but internationally as well. Once you made your move and settled in you will not regret it. I love living here in the Greater Los Angeles and I call Marina Del Rey home!
