Not surprising to me since I just did the market analysis of the Median Sold Prices for Bel Air and the drop of about $544,750 clearly motivated the buyers to get off the fence and step into the Bel Air Real Estate Market! Today’s buyers are very savvy and they read the Market Reports as well as the Trends and when the opportunity looks to their favor then they are ready to make the move and get out of the Rental Market into the Home Owners Market.
